Organization Development (Change Transform)

If your Organization wants to be develop , you must prepare for "Change Transform" as a "Main Basic". Firstly "Organization Behavior(OB)" need to change perfectly. Due to Organization Behavior too many, your organization can be broken. So , you need to change this part perfectly. In Organization Behavior First Level , includes , Individual Behavior (Such as : Personality , Perception , Attitude , Learning , Motivation , Job Satisfaction and Stress) , in this behavior , including Owner to Workers need to change this management.
In Second Level have Group Behavior (Such as : Group Dynamics, Team Dynamics, Intergroup Conflicts, Leadership and Communications) , need to change this System.
In Third Level have Organization Level (Such as : to transform , Formal and informal Organization , need to organize) need to change this structure.
In Fourth Level place , Cooperate Level , this level is directly concern with Owner and Management Team , need to change Vision and Mission (if required).
If one level is weak (or) absent from above chart , you cannot go to the change.
